Bucks' Cole Anthony: Won't play Sunday

Anthony (illness) has been ruled out for Sunday's game against the Cavaliers.

Anthony was added to the injury report earlier Sunday due to an illness and will ultimately be sidelined. His absence will place more responsibility on Ryan Rollins at point guard and may increase the ball-handling duties for Giannis Antetokounmpo (toe).
