Ament (ankle) is out for Wednesday's preseason game against Chicago, Cameron Ezeir of CBS Milwaukee reports.
Ament will remain sidelined due to a left ankle sprain he sustained Oct. 7 against Oklahoma City. His availability for Friday's matchup against Indiana remains uncertain, though Milwaukee head coach Taylor Jenkins suggested the rookie should be ready for Opening Night.
