Okongwu is starting Thursday's game against Philadelphia, Brad Rowland of PeachtreeHoops.com reports.
Okongwu came off the bench and was on a minutes restriction in Wednesday's loss to the Magic, and he logged eight points, seven rebounds, an assist and three blocks in 19 minutes. It's not clear whether his playing time will be monitored once again, but he'll take Gorgui Dieng's place in the starting five.
