The Heat are expected to waive Hampton from his two-way contract Friday, Anthony Chiang of the Miami Herald reports.
Hampton is averaging 1.3 points and 1.0 assists in 9.5 minutes across eight appearances this season. The 22-year-old guard will look to join his fifth team in four seasons after being released by the Heat.
