Smith tweaked his left ankle during Wednesday's game against the 76ers and will miss at least one contest to finish out the week. The Hornets are one of several teams dealing with multiple key injuries, as LaMelo Ball (ankle) and Gordon Hayward (shoulder) could also miss Friday's contest.
