Gay contributed 21 points (8-13 FG, 3-7 3Pt, 2-2 FT), six rebounds and one assist in 24 minutes during Wednesday's 120-105 win over the Trail Blazers.
Gay trailed only Rudy Gobert (22 points) for the team lead in scoring, and the veteran forward knocked down three of Utah's eight three-pointers in the victory. His scoring total was a season high, and Wednesday marked the first time Gay has hit the 20-point mark since his first game of the season Nov. 18. Gay is an important part of Utah's bench, but he no longer offers enough production to be an asset in most fantasy formats.
