Forrest (foot) has been ruled out for Thursday's Game 3 against the Mavericks, Eric Walden of The Salt Lake Tribune reports.
Forrest will miss a fifth consecutive game as he continues to deal with a sprained left foot. His next opportunity to return to the court will be Saturday for Game 4 if the foot feels better by then.
