The Mavericks waived Wieskamp on Saturday, Eddie Sefko of the Mavericks' official site reports.
Wieskamp is among several players who became free agents following this move, giving him some extra time to find a new home for this season. The sharpshooter appeared in nine NBA contests for the Raptors last season, averaging just 1.0 points in 5.6 minutes per game.
