Birch will be waived by the Spurs on Thursday, Shams Charania of The Athletic reports.
Birch saw his role decline with the Raptors over the last few years, and he was unable to make the Spurs' final roster ahead of the 2023-24 campaign. However, it's possible that he finds work elsewhere as a depth option at some point this year.
