Pacers' T.J. Warren: Undergoes surgery Tuesday

Warren (foot) underwent surgery on Tuesday, Scott Agness of FieldhouseFiles.com reports.

As expected, Warren underwent surgery to address the stress fracture in his foot. He remains out indefinitely. In his absence, Aaron Holiday has moved into the starting lineup.
