The Raptors will not extend a qualifying offer to Miller, making him an unrestricted free agent, Blake Murphy of The Athletic reports.
Miller is coming off his third season in the NBA after going undrafted from Holy Cross. He hasn't seen much NBA action, appearing in 53 games and averaging 2.0 points in 6.7 minutes. Miller is unlikely to see much interest in free agency and could end up in the G League.
