Branham is starting Thursday's preseason game against the Rockets, Jonathan Feigen of the Houston Chronicle reports.
Branham will get a chance to start with the Spurs set to rest the majority of the starting unit. He fared well in limited chances Tuesday against the Heat, tallying 15 points in 13 bench minutes.
