Mitchell (rest) won't play in Monday's preseason game against the Hawks, Clemente Almanza of USA Today reports.
Mitchell and the rest of the Thunder's regulars won't travel to Atlanta for the first half of a back-to-back set, but they're expected to suit up Tuesday, when they host the Pacers. After a breakout 2025-26 campaign, Mitchell is one of the preseason favorites for Sixth Man of the Year.
