49ers' CJ West: Unavailable for Week 4

West (thumb) has been ruled out for Sunday's contest against Jacksonville.

West suffered a broken thumb in Week 3 against the Cardinals, and he's expected to require surgery to address it. In his absence, Alfred Collins and Jordan Jefferson stand to see an increase in workload at defensive tackle behind starters Kalia Davis and Jordan Elliott versus the Jaguars.
