Tate (thigh) was a full participant at Thursday's practice session, Jay Morrison of The Athletic reports.
Tate was limited by his thigh injury Wednesday but didn't have his reps capped Thursday. Although he's missed the last two games, it appears as though the 24-year-old will be able to suit up Sunday against the Raiders.
