Watkins (foot) returned to OTAs on a limited basis earlier in the week, Mike Rodak of ESPN.com reports.
Watkins, who was originally expected to be sidelined until training camp, has been back on the field participating individually throughout the week in OTAs. This is great news for the Bills' No. 1 receiver, who has appeared in just 21 games throughout the past two seasons due to foot issues. The team will continue to proceed cautiously with the former first-rounder, but he appears to be on the upswing in his recovery.
