Buccaneers' Christian Izien: Cleared to face Falcons

Izien (neck) doesn't have an injury designation for Thursday's game against the Falcons, Greg Auman of Fox Sports reports.

Izien upgraded to full practice participation Wednesday and avoided an injury designation for Thursday's game. Starting free safety Tykee Smith (neck/shoulder) is doubtful, which could lead to more opportunities for Izien or Kaevon Merriweather alongside starting strong safety Antoine Winfield.
