Chargers' Max Duggan: Joins Bolts' roster

Duggan signed with the Chargers' 53-man roster Tuesday.

Duggan will move up the team's depth chart at quarterback with Justin Herbert (finger) placed on injured reserve Tuesday. His move to the active roster should cement him as the team's No. 2 man on the depth chart behind Easton Stick, who will now take over the starting job in Herbert's absence.
