Lammons (ankle) was designated to return from IR on Tuesday, Pete Sweeney of ArrowheadPride.com reports.
Lammons picked up the injury in Week 13 against the Broncos and was placed on IR on Dec. 11. Now that he's been designated to return, he'll work to be back on the field as soon as Saturday against the Broncos.
