Colts' Al-Quadin Muhammad: Impressive in scrimmage

Muhammad had a sack in Monday's scrimmage at Lucas Oil Stadium and is having an impressive training camp, Kevin Bowen of 93.5 FM The Fan Indianapolis reports.

Muhammad had three sacks last season as he improved in his third pro season. He's competing for a starting job opposite Justin Houston, but he appears to have a steady role in the defensive-line rotation in any scenario.
