Commanders' Emmanuel Forbes: Sitting out again

Forbes (coach's decision) is inactive Sunday against the Ravens.

Forbes was previously out of action after undergoing surgery to repair a torn UCL. However, the Mississippi state product returned in Week 4 but saw his role shrink considerably in Week 5. He'll now seemingly have to work to earn back a role in Washington's secondary.
