The Browns waived Dillon on Monday, Anthony Poisal of ClevelandBrowns.com reports.
Dillon's stint with the team lasted just two weeks, and he'll become an unrestricted free agent if he isn't claimed during the current waiver period. In the meantime, his departure should open up more opportunities for Daylen Baldwin, who also just signed with Cleveland earlier in the month.
