Isaiah Buggs: Joins Raiders' practice squad

The Raiders signed Buggs to their practice squad Tuesday.

Buggs dealt with an illness ahead of Week 18 and was waived by the Steelers on Saturday. However, he now appears to be fully healthy as he joins the Raiders' practice squad ahead of the playoffs.
