Las Vegas waived Zuber (undisclosed) from injured reserve with an injury settlement Tuesday, Aaron Wilson of KPRC 2 Houston reports.
After sending Zuber to their injured reserve list late in August, the Raiders have now decided to cut ties with him. The 26-year-old wideout will have to look for another opportunity to make an impression elsewhere once he's healthy.
