Messiah Swinson: Cut by Arizona

The Cardinals cut Swinson from the practice squad Tuesday, Darren Urban of the team's official site reports.

Swinson joined the Cardinals' practice squad Oct. 30 and was not elevated for any games throughout his tenure. The tight end was likely let loose because the team was able to poach Rivaldo Fairweather from the Cowboys' practice squad. If Swinson clears waivers, he will become a free agent able to sign with any team.
