Michael Carter: Lands opportunity

Carter signed with the Cardinals' practice squad Wednesday, Darren Urban of the team's official site reports.

Carter joined Arizona last November after he was waived by the Jets and appeared in the team's last six regular-season games. A fourth-round selection in 2021, the North Carolina product will likely need an injury in the Cardinals' running back corps to see the active roster.
