Jack signed with the Steelers' practice squad Monday, Teresa Varley of the team's official site reports.
Jack underwent a physical with the team earlier Monday, intending to join the practice squad. The veteran linebacker will likely need time to prove he's ready to compete on the 53-man roster after not playing yet this season, although there's no guarantee he'll be elevated at any point.
