Phillip Dorsett: Returns to practice squad

Dorsett reverted to the Raiders' practice squad Monday, per the NFL's official transaction log.

Dorsett was a healthy scratch after being elevated to the active roster ahead of Sunday's 34-10 loss to the Giants. The wide receiver has yet to appear in a contest this season, and he'll look to garner another elevation and do so in Week 18 versus the Chiefs.
