Ralph Webb: Joins practice squad

The Steelers signed Webb (undisclosed) to the practice squad Monday.

Webb appears to have fully recovered from the undisclosed injury he dealt with during the offseason. The second-year pro previously spent time on Pittsburgh's practice squad in 2018. He'll look to make the most of his second opportunity with the team.
