Hampton (Achilles) was waived from the reserve/PUP list Tuesday, Aaron Wilson of Sportstalk 790 Houston reports.
Hampton suffered the injury in December of 2020 and has been rehabbing with the Jets for the majority of the time since. He is now free to sign with another team.
