The Giants released Thomas-Oliver (undisclosed) with a non-football injury designation Wednesday, Aaron Wilson of KPRC 2 Houston reports.
Thomas-Oliver was placed on the active/non-football injury list to start training camp with an unspecified injury. The move made room on the roster for the Giants' waiver claim of corner Mario Goodrich. Thomas-Oliver last played in 2022 with the Panthers, when he registered three tackles across three regular-season games.
