Texans' O.J. Howard: Won't play vs. Kansas City

Howard (coach's decision) is inactive for Sunday's game versus the Chiefs.

For the second time in three weeks, Howard will be a healthy scratch for Houston. Rookie fifth-rounder Teagan Quitoriano led the Texans in snaps at tight end in Week 14 at Dallas, and the team appears set to continue giving the first-year pro a thorough evaluation.
