Titans' Gunnar Helm: Exits Sunday with toe injury

Helm suffered a toe injury during Sunday's game in San Francisco.

Prior to his departure in the third quarter, Helm was pacing the Titans' passing game with 38 yards and one touchdown on two catches (two targets). Fellow TE Chig Okonkwo stands to benefit for as long as Helm is sidelined.
