Jonsen was waived from the Lions' practice squad Thursday.
Jonsen spent just over a week on Detroit's practice squad after signing Nov. 9. The 25-year-old receiver is still awaiting his first taste of regular-season action after catching on with the Buccaneers as an undrafted rookie in 2020 and being subsequently released in October of that season.
