O'Neill agreed Wednesday with the Vikings on a five-year, $92.5 million contract extension, Adam Schefter of ESPN reports.
He becomes the second-highest-paid right tackle in the NFL behind the Saints' Ryan Ramczyk. A second-round selection in the 2018 NFL Draft, O'Neill took over a starting spot Week 6 of his rookie year and hasn't looked back. He's missed just one start in his two and a half seasons since ascending to the top of the depth chart at right tackle.
