  • Eagles' Dontayvion Wicks: Exits Sunday's game

Wicks (undisclosed) went to the medical tent during Sunday's game versus the Panthers, Brooks Kubena of The Athletic reports.

Wicks was tripped up by a Panthers defender at the end of a catch and run in the fourth quarter, and he went down to the turf before going to the sideline. He had two catches (on four targets) for 24 yards before his departure.

  • Makai Lemon WR | PHI

Eagles' Makai Lemon: Heads to medical tent Sunday

Lemon entered the medical tent during the third quarter of Sunday's game against the Panthers due to an unspecified injury.

The rookie wide receiver had recorded two catches for six yards on five targets prior to checking into the tent. His status for the remainder of the contest is uncertain.

  • Darnell Mooney WR | NYG

Giants' Darnell Mooney: Questionable with neck issue

Mooney (neck) is questionable to return to Sunday's game against the Saints, Ross Jackson of WWL Louisiana reports.

Mooney sustained a neck injury in the second half of Sunday's game. The wide receiver will need to be thoroughly vetted for a significant injury before potentially being allowed to return to the contest. Charlie Jones will operate as the Giants' No. 3 wide receiver while Mooney is absent.

  • Chargers' Brenen Thompson: Suiting up Sunday

Thompson (quadriceps) is active for Sunday's game against the Chiefs.

Though Thompson is suiting up for the first time since Week 2, it's unclear how extensively he'll be able to play Sunday. The Chargers have a full list of injured players on their seven-man inactive list, so it's conceivable that much like Ladd McConkey a week ago in the team's loss to the Broncos, Thompson could be available only as an emergency option after he was limited in practices Wednesday through Friday. During the Chargers' first two games of the season, Thompson handled a light role on offense, playing just 22 total snaps while recording one reception for 13 yards on three targets.

  • Chargers' KeAndre Lambert-Smith: Returning to action Sunday

Lambert-Smith (hamstring) is active for Sunday's game against the Chiefs.

After being designated for return to practice this week, Lambert-Smith turned in a pair of limited sessions before upgrading to full participation Friday. He ultimately showed enough improvement in his recovery from the hamstring injury for the Chargers to clear him to play for the first time since Week 1. Lambert-Smith's return to action will bolster a receiving corps that will be without Tre' Harris (hamstring) in Week 6.

  • Josh Palmer WR | BUF

Bills' Joshua Palmer: Ready for Week 6

Palmer (shoulder) is active for Sunday's game against the Raiders.

Palmer was ruled out ahead of the Bills' Week 5 victory over the Rams due to a shoulder injury. The wide receiver has recovered enough to suit up for a Week 6 matchup with the Raiders, where the Bills will be without No. 1 option DJ Moore (shoulder) once again. Palmer is set to be the No. 3 wide receiver behind Khalil Shakir and Keon Coleman in Sunday's game.

  • DJ Moore WR | BUF

Bills' DJ Moore: Out again in Week 6

Moore (shoulder) is listed as inactive Sunday in Las Vegas.

After sitting out a Week 5 overtime win at the Rams, Moore managed just one limited practice (Friday) this week, and he donned a red non-contact jersey while doing so. Per Joe Buscaglia of The Athletic, Moore again didn't log much activity during pregame warmups for a second straight week, forecasting another absence was likely. With Moore's status now clarified, Khalil Shakir, Keon Coleman and Joshua Palmer (shoulder) should earn most of the WR reps in the Bills offense in Week 6.

  • Romeo Doubs WR | NE

Patriots' Romeo Doubs: Won't return Sunday

Doubs (shoulder) has been ruled out for the rest of Sunday's game against the Jets, Doug Kyed of the Boston Herald reports.

Doubs was injured on his 42-yard TD catch in the first quarter, after which he went to the sideline tent, and eventually, the locker room. A shoulder issue was the cause for his exit and will keep him out for the rest of Week 6. A.J. Brown, DeMario Douglas, Efton Chism and Kyle Williams are the Patriots' remaining healthy and available wide receivers.

  • Tutu Atwell WR | LAR

Rams' Tutu Atwell: Healthy scratch for Week 6

Atwell (coach's decision) is inactive for Sunday's game against the Cardinals.

Atwell is a healthy scratch for Sunday's contest. Puka Nacua, Davante Adams, Jordan Whittington, Konata Mumpfield and Alex Bachman are the five active receivers over Atwell.

  • Anthony Gould WR | IND

Colts' Anthony Gould: Done for rest of Week 6

Gould (concussion) won't return to Sunday's game against the Titans, Mike Chappell of Fox 59 News Indianapolis reports.

Gould suffered a concussion in the second half and has since been ruled out for the rest of Sunday's meeting with the Titans. With Ashton Dulin (ankle) sidelined, Gould had been seeing some action on special teams. However, Seth McGowan and Josh Downs will need to be more involved in that area the rest of the way.
