Puka Nacua WR | LAR
Rams' Puka Nacua: Optimism regarding Week 7 status
The Rams are optimistic that Nacua (calf), who is listed as questionable for Week 7, will play in Sunday's game at Las Vegas, Adam Schefter of ESPN reports.
The injury-plagued Rams endured another scare this week when Nacua made an early exit from Thursday's practice due to a calf injury. Ian Rapoport of NFL Network reported Friday that Nacua's new health concern is believed to be "more minor than anything else" and "not significant," but the wide receiver sat out the team's last Week 7 session and was listed as questionable ahead of the weekend. Nacua likely is poised for a pregame workout before L.A. makes a call on his status about 90 minutes before Sunday's 4:25 p.m. ET kickoff.

Irvin Charles WR | SEA
Seahawks' Irvin Charles: Signed to Seattle's 53-man roster
The Seahawks signed Charles off the practice squad to the active roster Saturday, John Boyle of the team's official site reports.
Charles played 15 snaps on special teams and logged one tackle in Week 6 against the Broncos, when he was a member of the Seahawks' practice squad. He's now on the 53-man roster and should continue to contribute mostly on special teams while providing some depth at the wide receiver position.
-
Jalin Hyatt WR | NYG
Giants' Jalin Hyatt: Promoted from practice squad
The Giants elevated Hyatt from the practice squad to the active roster Saturday, Dan Duggan of The Athletic reports.
It's the first elevation of the season for Hyatt, who signed with the Giants' practice squad after failing to make the team's 53-man roster at the end of training camp. The 2023 third-rounder appeared in only eight regular-season games last year, finishing with five catches (on 14 targets) for 35 yards and returned four kickoffs for 111 yards.

KaVontae Turpin WR | DAL
Cowboys' KaVontae Turpin: Won't play against Philadelphia
Turpin (ribs) has been ruled out for Monday's game against the Eagles, Adam Caplan of SiriusXM NFL Radio reports.
Turpin was held out of practice all week due to a rib injury that he picked up against the Packers this past Sunday. He'll miss his first game of the regular season, and his absence means Tyler Goodson and Jonathan Mingo will likely serve as the Cowboys' returners on kickoffs and punts. Turpin's next opportunity to play is Week 8 against the Cardinals on Sunday, Nov. 1.

Montorie Foster Jr. WR | SEA
Montorie Foster: Let go by Seattle
The Seahawks waived Foster on Saturday.
Foster has been a healthy scratch for the Seahawks since Week 2. The team decided to waive the wide receiver to make room for Anthony Bradford (knee) to return to the 53-man roster from IR. Foster played in one game for the Seahawks, logging six snaps on special teams for no box score output. The 25-year-old will now be subject to waivers, and if he clears, he will become a free agent and can sign with any organization.

Christian Kirk WR | SF
49ers' Christian Kirk: Activated from injured reserve
The 49ers activated Kirk (calf) from injured reserve and removed his questionable designation for Sunday's game in Atlanta.
Kirk suffered a calf injury in the early stages of training camp in late July and kicked off the season on injured reserve with a designation to return. San Francisco opened his practice window Thursday, Oct. 15, but the team didn't activate him ahead of this past Monday's win against the Commanders. After practicing fully Wednesday through Friday this week, though, he's now in the clear to make his 49ers debut Sunday. With Mike Evans (ribs/Achilles) and Deebo Samuel (hamstring) out for Week 7 and three other wide receivers on IR, Kirk will have a good chance to work as the top WR in a receiving corps that includes healthy options Brandin Cooks, Jordan Watkins and Jacob Cowing.
-
Beaux Collins WR | ATL
Falcons' Beaux Collins: Remains on IR for Sunday
Collins (hip) has been ruled out ahead of Sunday's game against the 49ers, Tori McElhaney of the Falcons' official site reports.
Collins was looking to make his 2026 debut in Week 7 but has not recovered enough from his hip injury to suit up. The wide receiver must be activated from IR by Nov. 12, or he will spend the entirety of the 2026 season confined to the list.
-
Tank Dell WR | HOU
Texans' Tank Dell: Activated from injured reserve
Dell (knee) was activated from injured reserve Saturday, but he remains questionable for Sunday's game against the Giants.
Dell thus has a chance to log his first game action since he suffered a serious left knee injury Dec. 21, 2024 that included a dislocated kneecap and multiple ligament tears. The Texans' receiving corps is in a much different state this time around, with Marvin Harrison, Jaylin Noel, Xavier Hutchinson and Kayshon Boutte all vying for reps behind No. 1 option Nico Collins. Where Dell may stand behind Collins remains to be seen, assuming the former is active for Sunday's 1:00 p.m. ET kickoff.
-
Coleman Owen WR | GB
Packers' Coleman Owen: Signs to active roster
The Packers signed Owen from the practice squad to the active roster Saturday.
Owen was elevated for the Packers' Week 6 win over the Cowboys. The wide receiver played just three snaps on special teams in the contest and has likely earned a roster spot as a depth option while Skyy Moore (ankle) and Jayden Reed (neck) are on IR.
-
Dontayvion Wicks WR | PHI
Eagles' Dontayvion Wicks: Ruled out for Monday's game
Wicks (ankle) has been ruled out for Monday's game versus the Cowboys.
Wicks wasn't able to practice in any capacity during Week 7 prep due to an ankle injury and thus will miss his first contest of the campaign. With DeVonta Smith (hamstring) also sidelined Monday, the Eaglges will rely on a receiving corps composed of Makai Lemon, Darius Cooper, Hollywood Brown, Elijah Moore and Britain Covey, though TE Dallas Goedert (knee) may end being the favorite target of QB Tanner McKee.
