Capitals' Ilya Samsonov: No game Monday

Samsonov and the Capitals will not face Ottawa on Monday due to COVID-19 postponements.

Samsonov coughed up five goals in a loss to Chicago in his last appearances. Washington is scheduled to play Wednesday against the Predators.
