Dufour was promoted by the Islanders from AHL Bridgeport on Wednesday.

Dufour has 13 goals and 25 points in 37 games with Bridgeport in 2022-23. The 20-year-old hasn't made his NHL debut, but he might do so Wednesday versus Boston.
