Danforth (upper body) missed Monday's practice, according to Justin Alpert and Jourdon LaBarber of the Sabres' official site.
Danforth still has some time to recover before Wednesday's matchup against Philadelphia. He hasn't earned a point in six appearances this season, but he has chipped in three hits and two blocked shots.
