Astros pitcher Matt Albers expects to return to action in three-to-four weeks after getting a cortisone shot to deal with right shoulder tendinitis, the Houston Chronicle reports.

"They just went ahead and (said let’s give) give you a couple cortisone shots and take a couple weeks off," Albers said. "I’m not exactly sure how long it’ll be after but I think it’ll be three, four weeks."

Albers won't throw for 10 days after getting the shot Tuesday.
