The Reds outrighted Kravetz to Triple-A Louisville on Monday, Mark Sheldon of MLB.com reports.

Reds' Evan Kravetz: Booted off 40-man
The Reds designated Kravetz for assignment Saturday.
Just three days after joining the Reds' bullpen and pitching two-thirds of an inning in his MLB debut, Kravetz will now sacrifice his spot on the active and 40-man rosters for David Buchanan, who was promoted from Triple-A in a corresponding move. The 27-year-old Kravetz owns a 3.43 ERA and 1.45 WHIP through 42 frames in the minors and could still return to Cincinnati down the stretch if the Reds need a fresh bullpen arm.

Reds' Evan Kravetz: Receives first big-league call-up
The Reds selected Kravetz's contract from Triple-A Louisville on Wednesday.
Kravetz, 27, will be making his MLB debut whenever he gets into a game for the Reds. The lefty has made 40 appearances at Louisville this season, logging a 3.43 ERA, 1.45 WHIP and 47:22 K:BB across 42 innings. He'll likely fill a low-leverage role out of the Cincinnati bullpen.
