Tigers' Bryant Packard: Available to play Sunday
Packard (undisclosed) is listed as an available bench option for the Tigers in Sunday's Grapefruit League game against the Phillies, Jason Beck of MLB.com reports.
While with High-A West Michigan last season, Packard didn't play after July 18, but his inclusion on the lineup card for Sunday's spring game implies that he's healthy heading into the 2022 campaign. Packard is expected to return to minor-league camp after Sunday's contest and return to West Michigan for the upcoming season.
