We are one pay-per-view away from what is being billed as the top card UFC has ever put on. But some think this card might be better than UFC 200. That's because the two main events at UFC 199 on Saturday have a true disdain for each other.

In the co-main event, bantamweight champion Dominick Cruz will defend his belt against Urijah Faber in the third fight of their ongoing war dating back to their WEC days. Cruz has never lost in the bantamweight division (135 pounds) since moving to the weightclass, winning 12 straight fights -- his last loss coming to Faber in 2007 for the featherweight title in WEC (145 pounds).

Cruz vacated his title in 2011 after battling multiple knee injuries, but won the belt back this January when he defeated T.J. Dillashaw by split decision. Cruz is still frustrated he had to vacate the belt.

"I didn't deserve to get my title stripped after three ACL reconstructions," Cruz said at Thursday's press conference. "I didn't deserve to be out for four years. But it happened to me and so I definitely learned over the years that you don't deserve anything. Nothing you have is yours. Everything is up for grabs in this world."

Cruz and Faber will settle the score on Saturday after Cruz defeated Faber in their most recent bout in 2011 via unanimous decision.

Meanwhile, Luke Rockhold is looking to defend his middleweight title for the first time against a foe he's already beaten in Michael Bisping. Rockhold won't be at full strength though, as he revealed on Thursday he suffered a torn MCL in training camp and just started kicking this week.

It will likely level the playing field as Bisping is a stand in for former champion Chris Weidman, who pulled out of the rematch two weeks ago with a neck injury.

The pay-per-view is scheduled to begin at 10 p.m. ET from The Forum in Los Angeles and can be purchased through your local cable provider. You can also stream the event on your mobile device or tablet by purchasing the fight from UFC.TV for $59.99.

Here is how the full fight card shakes out with updated odds from UFC.com.
