Joiner was cut by the Raptors on Thursday, Brett Siegel of ClutchPoints.com reports.
Joiner was inked to an Exhibit 10 contract earlier in the day, and he'll presumably wind up with Toronto's G League affiliate, the Raptors 905, following Thursday's release. He appeared exclusively in the G League a season ago, putting up 11.6 points per game over 32 appearances.

The Raptors signed Joiner to a contract Wednesday, Coty Wiles of RaptorsRepublic.com reports.
The deal figures to be an Exhibit 10, which presents Joiner with the opportunity to vie for a two-way spot with Toronto. The 26-year-old guard made 32 G League regular-season appearances for the College Park Skyhawks in 2024-25, finishing with averages of 11.6 points, 3.1 rebounds and 2.7 assists in 20.5 minutes per game.

Joiner was waived by the Hawks on Wednesday, Brad Rowland of the Locked On Podcast Network reports.
Joiner signed an Exhibit 10 deal Tuesday, so the Hawks were only looking to secure his G League rights. Look for him to suit up for the College Park Skyhawks this season.
