Stephen Bowen active for Week 8

The Redskins officially ruled defensive lineman Stephen Bowen active for Sunday's game against the Broncos in Week 8 despite nursing a knee injury. Bowen suffered a torn PCL in his knee last week against the Bears and was labeled as questionable on the injury report leading up to Sunday.
