  • Senquez Golson: Let go by Oakland

Golson was waived by the Raiders on Wednesday, Field Yates of ESPN reports.

A second-round pick in 2015, Golson has dealt with a plethora of injuries throughout his career and has yet to see the field in a regular-season game. The Raiders opted to give him a shot earlier this offseason, but Golson won't even make it to training camp with the team, which doesn't bode well for his chances of making a final roster elsewhere following his release.

  • Raiders' Senquez Golson: Signs with Raiders

Golson signed a contract with the Raiders on Friday.

Drafted in the second round of the 2015 NFL Draft, Golson has yet to make his NFL debut. He dealt with leg injuries in his first two seasons and spent last year on the Buccaneers practice squad. He'll look to remain healthy and display the talent that made him a high draft pick a few years ago. Barring injury, he's looking at a possible depth secondary position with the Raiders in 2018.

  • Senquez Golson: Joins Bucs' practice squad

Golson signed to the Buccaneers' practice squad Tuesday, Scott Smith of the team's official site reports.

A 2015 second-round pick of the Steelers following a successful college career at Ole Miss, Golson's NFL tenure has been marred by a series of injuries that have prevented him from ever getting on the field in a regular-season game. Golson has been unsigned since being released by the Steelers during final cuts in early September, and the Buccaneers will presumably take the balance of the campaign to see what he might have to offer heading into next season.

  • Steelers' Senquez Golson: Waived by Steelers

Golson (leg) was waived by the Steelers on Saturday, Ian Rapoport of NFL Network reports.

Golson's career has never taken off since the Steelers made him a second-round pick in the 2015 draft. Given his lofty pedigree, it wouldn't be much of a surprise if another team claimed him off waivers. If not, look for Golson to revert to injured reserve.

  • Steelers' Senquez Golson: Yet to practice since injury

Golson (leg) is yet to practice since suffering his injury several weeks ago, Ray Fittipaldo of the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette reports.

Golson's leg injury occurred in late July, but to date, there's been no report of its exact severity. He should continue to be monitored on a week-by-week basis, but this ailment certainly doesn't help Golson's chances of making the Steelers' final roster.

  • Steelers' Senquez Golson: Suffers leg injury in practice

Golson didn't make it through the first week of training camp for the third year in a row, after suffering a leg injury in practice on Sunday, according to Pittsburgh Tribune-Review writer Chris Adamski.

Golson pulled up lame during a special teams drill and, although he was able to make his way to the sidelines on his own, was eventually carted off the field. The team has not yet updated his condition, but after missing his first two seasons due to injury, the 2015 second-round draft pick is not guaranteed to make the 53-man roster out of training camp.
