Keionta Davis: Jettisoned by Pats
The Patriots waived Davis (undisclosed) on Sunday, Jeff Howe of The Athletic reports.
Since entering the NFL as an undrafted free agent, Davis has made just six appearances -- all of them in 2018 -- accruing two seasons in the process. He proceeded to spend all of the last campaign on injured reserve with an undisclosed injury. Considering he's only been rostered by the Pats, it'll be interesting to see whether Davis will get an opportunity with another organization.

Patriots' Keionta Davis: Placed on IR
Davis (undisclosed) reverted to injured reserve Monday, Doug Kyed of NESN.com reports.
The undrafted defensive end that spent last preseason in New England and led the defense with 55 snaps in the second week of this year's exhibition slate has been dealing with an undisclosed injury over the past week. It was severe enough to land him on IR, where he'll likely rehab for the season in hopes of carving out a role in 2020.
