J'Mon Moore: Waived by Falcons
The Falcons waived Moore (undisclosed) with an injury designation Tuesday, NFL reporter Aaron Wilson reports.
It's still not clear what injury Moore is dealing with, but he'll be free to sign with another team once he returns to full health. The 26-year-old hasn't made an appearance during the regular season since his rookie season in 2018, when he recorded two receptions for 15 yards.

A car accident Moore was involved in the prior week did not have any lasting effects, as Moore was able to take the field just one week later. However, he caught just one pass, and he has just three receptions for 12 yards and a touchdown through three preseason games. Moore was a fourth-round pick last year, so his upside could still earn him a roster spot. However, he has been outproduced during the exhibition season by several other pass catchers competing for the same job, so he's likely on the outside looking in heading into the fourth and final preseason game.

Moore's chances of making the Packers' final roster had already been dwindling as he failed to see a single target during Thursday's preseason game against the Ravens, so a car accident just piles on to the recent stretch of misfortune. Packers' J'Mon Moore: Up-and-down exhibition opener
Moore caught two passes for seven yards and a touchdown in Thursday's preseason opener against the Texans.
Moore ran a nice route to convert a score from the one-yard line, but he also let a pass into the end zone just a few plays earlier fall through his hands, and slipped coming out of a cut on what could have been a long reception earlier in the game. The Packers liked Moore enough to draft him in the fourth round in 2018, but he had a quiet rookie season and now finds himself on the roster bubble. More consistency over the rest of the exhibition season would go a long way in helping him secure a spot on the roster for Week 1.
