The Eagles have moved Hart from defensive tackle to offensive tackle.
Hart played in just one game last season, recording two tackles while playing along the defensive line. Late in the season the Eagles coaching staff decided to try him out along the offensive line and they were impressed enough to keep him there in 2017. He'll work with the offense starting in spring practices and look to carve out a larger role with the team next season.

Hart was claimed off waivers by the Eagles prior to Week 8, but has yet to make his first appearance for his new team.
